Wizard Costume for the Million Wizard March at the Millennium Philcon
59th World Science Fiction Convention, September, 2001, Philadelphia, PA
"Hall Costume Award"

Wizard's cloak of purple velvet with gold lamé trim.  Under-tunic is purple cotton with a blue and pink moiré pattern.  Sash made of pink and gold cords twisted together.  Staff is a 6-foot tall glitter wand.  Hat made of the same material as the under-tunic, stuffed with poly-fill, with purple velvet brim (also stuffed), with a purple wire star-garland wrapped around it..





The Lady of the Lake

"Most Lovely", Master Division



Underdress of green confetti-dot lined with black taffeta.  Overdress of chiffon in layers of green, blue and white.  Head-piece made with artificial jasmine garland and multi-colored ribbon.  Sword hilt made of foam rubber, spray painted gold and covered with gold glitter.  Handle is purple velvet tied with gold ribbon.

Black velvet evening jacket lined with gold crepe-back satin with a bamboo pattern.  Front collar has a beaded fringe made of glass bugle beads and amber-colored Austrian crystals.
